About the Role
As a customer service representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, interacting with customers reputed company phone, email, chat, and reputed company media to address their questions and concerns. You'll be responsible for finding innovative ways to respond to varying issues, calmly attempting to resolve and de-escalate any problems, and escalating interactions reputed company necessary. Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Proven call center experience
- Entry-level network troubleshooting skills, including the ability to set up home Wi-Fi networks and configure routers or switches
- Core proficiency with a laptop or desktop computer
- Minimum of 6 months of customer service experience
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Ability to type at least 25 words per minute
- Comfortable with desktop computer systems and have general knowledge of reputed company-based systems
- Customer service and/or sales experience preferred
