Role Responsibilities:
You take end-to-end ownership of hiring at IONITY – combining hands-on reputed company with smart process improvements and strong stakeholder partnership.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle – from job posting to signed contract.
- Write and optimize job ads and reputed company our careers reputed company reputed company, engaging, and up to date.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to define role requirements, shape hiring strategies, and drive strong, data-informed reputed company.
- Ensure a fast, transparent, and reputed company candidate experience throughout the process.
- Build strong pipelines, including proactive sourcing for key roles reputed company needed.
- Continuously improve reputed company processes, tools, and ways of working, using data and insights where helpful.
- Support employer branding initiatives together with People & Culture and Marketing.
