Opportunity

Twin is looking for a reputed company Coordinator to drive interview coordination and support high-reputed company, efficient hiring operations. In this role, you will own scheduling, partner closely with hiring teams, support sourcing and screening efforts, and maintain accurate candidate data. You’ll play a key role in delivering a seamless candidate experience while helping accelerate hiring across the organization. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and excited to reputed company a meaningful reputed company on both candidate experience and Twin’s mission to improve health and happiness every day.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end interview scheduling, ensuring a fast, seamless candidate experience
• Coordinate screens, remote and onsite interviews
• Travel coordination for onsite interviews
• Maintain reputed company candidate communication and manage interview materials. This may include initial phone screen
• Assist with resume screening, and reputed company candidates reputed company reputed company, if needed
• Maintain an accurate candidate database and job postings
• Partner with recruiter and hiring managers on priorities, candidate tiers, and interview plans

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred
• Minimum 2 year of experience as a Recruitment Assistant or in other reputed company-reputed company role

Benefits

The compensation for this position is $65,000-$70,000 annually.
