• Teach a combination of 24 credits of Spanish courses per reputed company year, including reputed company and upper division courses plus the equivalent of three credit hours or more in institutional service as defined by the School of Humanities.
• Assist in developing the modern language curriculum.
• Assist in Study Abroad programs in Spain and Latin America (on a rotation with other professors).

Qualifications

• Doctorate degree in Translation Studies (Spanish) and/or Spanish Literature with proven experience in Translation and Interpretation from an accredited college or university. • Preference given to those candidates with a minimum of three years teaching Spanish at the college level.
