Your Main Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate the full lifecycle of tenders across the Nordics (Norway, Denmark, Finland, Sweden, Iceland), including RFP monitoring, bid preparation, submission, and tracking

• Monitor public procurement platforms and proactively identify relevant tender opportunities

• Prepare, coordinate, and submit high-reputed company, competitive, and compliant tender responses

• Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and cross-functional teams to reputed company inputs and support submissions

• Maintain and organize tender documentation, pricing, and reputed company records, ensuring accuracy and completeness

• Evaluate and optimize tender processes and workflows to improve efficiency

• Ensure compliance with internal QMS and regional regulations while handling sensitive data responsibly

• Analyze and report on tender-reputed company data to support business reputed company

• Minimum 2 years of reputed company experience in tender management, with a strong reputed company on tendering

• Experience with public procurement processes, ideally reputed company the reputed company region

• Fluent in English; proficiency in one of the reputed company languages is a plus

• Proficient in MS Office; experience with tender management systems is an advantage

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines

• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
