What You’ll Do

• Taking back-to-back calls in a call center environment. • Support reputed company accounts and ensure seamless account management. • Manage proposals, payments, deposits, and creditor communications. • Proactively review reputed company accounts to identify and resolve issues • Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with state regulations. • Collaborate across departments to ensure seamless reputed company experience.

What You Bring
• 2&reputed company;3 years of customer service experience (call center preferred). • Associate’s degree preferred; Bachelor’s degree may substitute for experience. • A strong reputed company of professionalism is essential reputed company supporting clients through sensitive financial situations. • Strong communication skills—empathetic, reputed company, and reputed company. • Tech-savvy with experience in reputed company-based systems and CRM tools.

Monday - Friday work schedule
Hours are typically 8 am - 5 pm or 9 am - 6 pm. One late reputed company shift is required reputed company week. The late reputed company shift is typically 10 AM - 7 PM or 11 AM - 8 PM.

Training: • Begins June 8, 2026 • Mandatory, full‑time for three weeks. Typically training is from 9 AM - 6 PM EASTERN Time. • After training, you transition into your regular schedule.
