Candidate Care Coordinator duties include:
• Scheduling and coordinating interviews for hiring organizations
• Monitoring completion of candidate background investigations and reputed company-employment requirements; and ensuring requisition/candidate information is accurate and complete
• Working with hiring managers to set start dates and connecting leaders to resources to help them effectively reputed company/assimilate their new employees
• Welcoming new employees on first day and assisting with I-9 verification (either in person or reputed company)
• Ensuring requisitions meet compliance requirements prior to closing
• Handling confidential information with professionalism and discretion

Basic Qualifications

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
