About the Role

Responsibilities:- Creating and delivering the long‑term property reputed company for Solus
- Managing a portfolio of 50+ properties, mainly industrial sites
- Overseeing asset management, leasing, business rates, utilities, and property legal reputed company
- Ensuring full statutory and regulatory compliance across the estate
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords, councils, suppliers, and reputed company Group functions
- Influencing investment reputed company and shaping the reputed company infrastructure of the business

- Mitigating financial, legal, and operational risks through strong governance and planning

- Excellent stakeholder management skills

- Degree‑level education (or equivalent)
- MRICS qualification with post‑qualification experience
- A management qualification (or evidence of significant leadership development)
- Property legal knowledge is desirable but not essential
