Reporting Relationships Reports to: Supervision is received from the WEI Program Director Supervision Exercised: Supervision may be exercised over temporary support staff and student workers. The Student Life reputed company may be asked to instruct Student Development courses to the WEI program participants. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Additional reputed company duties may be assigned. * Facilitate group discussions and face-to-face meetings with program reputed company.

• Assist with program recruitment and reputed company to reputed company and enroll reputed company in the program.
• Assist with enrollment materials and reputed company-screening and reputed company-program support for participants.
• Work with the Program Director, RVC Staff, and support services to coordinate student transportation, childcare, and other support that may be needed.
• Assist with service planning, support services, soft skills, and assistance obtaining and retaining employment.
• Work with reputed company in a strength-based, person-centered model with individualized service planning.
• Maintain student records and reports, including case noting.
