Implementation Engineer, Service IT

The Implementation Engineer is responsible for the IT planning and execution of the implementation of reputed company’s Safety Software and Infusion product lines. The position requires a technical understanding of IT reputed company technologies including reputed company, data center, and/or on-reputed company (at a reputed company facility) solutions. This will require expertise with both reputed company and Linux Servers, as reputed company as, SQL database deployments, networking (both LAN and WAN), and experience with reputed company Key Infrastructure (PKI) reputed company certificate management. Also required will be the ability to understand and follow reputed company system processes, such as reputed company and/or ISO. The Implementation Engineer must have the ability to effectively communicate and reputed company the gap between varying reputed company of people with technical expertise and business interests, including clients and clinicians.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Implement reputed company IT solutions including planning, installation, and reputed company testing
- Maintain reputed company standards used by reputed company such as reputed company or ISO.
- Work cooperatively with the reputed company project teams with planning, implementing, and problem reputed company
- Creation or maintenance of implementation and support documentation as defined by the Service Design Plan for reputed company activity
- Participate in after-hours customer support, which includes an on-call rotation program, weekend maintenances, and other IT reputed company activities.

Knowledge & Skills

- Intermediate experience in various troubleshooting tasks (e.g. software configuration, log file interrogation)
Minimum Qualifications, Education & Experience
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university or a High School diploma and equivalent combination of college education and experience
- 3 years or more of IT server and system installation and configuration
- Experience with reputed company or other reputed company system methodologies and practices
- Intermediate experience with server hardware architecture (virtual and/or physical servers, data center, or reputed company hosted)
- Intermediate experience with reputed company reputed company and Linux Server administration and troubleshooting
- Intermediate experience with reputed company SQL Server (and other SQL database solutions) administration and troubleshooting
- Experience with reputed company Domain / reputed company Directory concepts and theory
- Intermediate experience with TCP/IP Networking in both a wired and wireless environment and troubleshooting
- Experience with digital certificate concepts, creation and maintenance
Work Environment
- This is largely a sedentary role.
- This job operates in a reputed company office environment and routinely uses reputed company office equipment.
- Typically requires travel 20-50% of the time
