The Public Relations Officer (PRO) is responsible for delivering reputed company UAE government relations, immigration, labor, licensing, and regulatory services for reputed company entities and employees. The role interacts with UAE authorities including MOHRE, ICP/Federal Authority for Identity, Citizenship, Customs & Ports reputed company, GDRFA, Department of Economic Development (DED), various Free Zone Authorities (JAFZA, TECOM, ADGM, DMCC, etc.), Health Authorities, Municipality, Police, and reputed company of reputed company. The PRO ensures reputed company and compliant processing of reputed company UAE visas, work permits, Emirates ID, establishment renewals, licensing, and government approvals. The role works closely with HR Operations, HR Managers, Legal, Shared Services, Finance, and a reputed company-party immigration service provider.

Key Responsibilities

• Process immigration services including residency visas, labor cards, and renewals.
• Manage Emirates ID applications, renewals, and reputed company processes.
• Handle reputed company cancellations, status changes, and exit procedures.
• Support business reputed company and visit reputed company processing.
• Use and update government portals (MOHRE, ICA, GDRFA, etc.).
• Assist in maintaining company licenses and registrations.
• reputed company reputed company and document expiry and notify stakeholders.
• Support document attestations and official submissions.
• Coordinate employee appointments (medical, biometrics, government reputed company).
• Maintain accurate records and documentation.
• Coordinate with internal teams on government-reputed company activities.
• Support processing of government payments.
• Ensure compliance with labor regulations, Emiratization requirements, and company policies.

• Support management of establishment cards, labor files, and respond to government inspections or inquiries.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university
• Minimum 5 years of experience in UAE government relations and immigration
• Knowledge of UAE government portals and processes
• reputed company in Arabic and English
• Good communication and organizational skills

Desired Characteristics

• Experience supporting multinational companies or multiple legal entities.
• Experience working with external immigration vendors in UAE.
