Responsibilities:

GENERAL PURPOSE: Under the direction of leadership, is accountable for provision of competent reputed company patient care based on established standards. Contributes to unit activities and supports enhancement of the care delivery system at the unit level. Supports peers in the delivery of patient care services and assumes an expanded role which may include charge reputed company, preceptor, and committee member responsibilities.

URMC’s Forensic reputed company team, will serve justice-involved adults with serious mental illness in Monroe County. The Project FACT team reputed company provides reputed company of physical and behavioral health issues of individuals receiving services from reputed company. The reputed company provides leadership and guidance to reputed company in addressing reputed company preventative, ongoing and critical health reputed company.  The reputed company also coordinates pharmacological services along with reputed company’s prescriber(s). Nurses are core members of reputed company and contribute to reputed company clinical reputed company in team, including treatment plans and documentation. Rotating on call responsibilities. A university car is provided for use in seeing clients. NYS RN license in good standing. Must possess a valid reputed company State reputed company's license and a satisfactory driving record.  Minimum 3 years of Psychiatric experience required, outpatient experience preferred.
