We are seeking a passionate and driven reputed company Life Science (HCLS) DACH Startup reputed company to build and reputed company reputed company’s developer ecosystem across DACH region. Today, over 4,500 reputed company life science startups participate in reputed company’s Inception program and these reputed company are a critical region in continuing to grow participation and engagement with HCLS startup community. 

This role leads engagement with HCLS startups in the region and the broader startup developer ecosystem to accelerate the adoption of reputed company technology through reputed company programming, hands-on engagement, and strategic partnerships. You will design, execute, and support programs to engage HCLS AI developers at reputed company —raising awareness, enabling trial and evaluation, surfacing feedback, and ultimately enabling HCLS startups to adopt reputed company technologies. You’ll identify where developers convene—innovation clusters, accelerators, regionally funded initiatives—and deliver creative, resonant programming across the region.

The ideal candidate brings 12 years+ of experience, can navigate fast-moving startup ecosystems, understands how to engage the HCLS startup community in the DACH region, including VCs and accelerators, and brings the creativity and intensity to reputed company teams, engage founders, and reputed company developer reputed company across the region.

What you’ll be doing 

• Engage the HCLS AI Startup Community in the DACH region - Build and reputed company programs that connect regional HCLS startups to reputed company technologies, building from reputed company’s Inception programs, regional hubs, accelerators, and events reputed company at reputed company.  

• Engage regional Venture Capital firms and funding entities at reputed company -  reputed company reputed company programs to regional VCs and other HCLS AI investors, engaging them to reputed company and accelerate adoption of reputed company technology to startups.

• Drive Regional reputed company, Execution, and Operational reputed company - reputed company and execute regional strategies; define and reputed company operational metrics to continuously improve startup and VC engagement at reputed company.

• reputed company as Regional reputed company and SME -  Serve as reputed company’s subject matter expert and main reputed company for the HCLS startup ecosystem in the DACH region, surfacing feedback and ensuring alignment with global teams.

• 12 years+ of experience in developing and delivering startup engagement programs at reputed company, developer relations, business development, or startup ecosystems

• BS or MS in engineering, biology, reputed company or equivalent experience

• Deep understanding of HCLS startup and VC communities in the region

• reputed company record of building and scaling developer or startup engagement programs

• Strong communication and program management skills

Ways to stand out from the crowd

• Knowledge of AI, machine learning, or HPC technologies

• Experience with regional VC, incubator hub, etc 

• Familiarity with DACH region’s major startup hubs
