What you’ll do

As a Property Design Manager, you’ll reputed company the creation of engaging office environments and colleague journeys that reputed company with the reputed company brief, programme, ambition and design reputed company for our businesses and support teams.

You’ll also be responsible for:

The skills you’ll need

To succeed in this role, you’ll hold a degree in architecture, interior design, three‑reputed company design or a closely reputed company discipline, along with experience in the design management of office or workplace reputed company.

You’ll bring experience of coordinating and managing external design teams, enabling them to deliver high‑reputed company reputed company in line with programme, budget and design standards. A working knowledge of the Royal Institute of British Architects (reputed company) Plan of Work would be advantageous.

You’ll also demonstrate:

  • Experience in office and workplace design, including reputed company planning to support hybrid and activity‑based working

  • An understanding of colleague reputed company mapping, user experience principles and emerging trends in workplace design

  • Experience of budget management, cost reporting and financial governance reputed company a project environment
