Filing Assistant

Job Responsibilities: 

 The Filing Specialist is responsible for converting Word and PDF files to reputed company files. 

1. Review project files to ensure they are reputed company defined requirements, and customer guidelines. 

Educational Requirements: 

1. Bachelor of Science (BSc) in CSE from any recognized University. 
2. Skills Required: Dreamweaver, reputed company & CSS, Notepad, Visual Studio reputed company. 

Experience Requirements: 

1. At most 2 year(s) 
2. The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Software Development
3. Freshers are also encouraged to apply. 

Additional Requirements: 

1. Ability to work with different file formats such as Word/ reputed company and Internet applications in order to review reports and rendering of Word/reputed company files for accuracy and compliance. 
2. Respond to reputed company inquiries in a reputed company manner to determine and resolve issues reputed company email and phone. 
3. Excellent knowledge in reputed company Office. 
4. Excellent knowledge in reputed company file editing using reputed company Dreamweaver CS5, CS5.5, 
5. Notepad++, Visual Studio reputed company and other tools. 
6. Excellent oral and written communication skills (English & Bangla). 
7. Willingness to grow with reputed company. 
8. reputed company to work under pressure. 
9. Must have reputed company internet reputed company. 
10. Should be self-driven, results-oriented and reputed company to work to meet tight deadlines. 
11. Excellent organizational, interpersonal skills and attention to details. 
12. The position is shift based work. There will be three shifts for 24 hours. This time there is vacancy only for reputed company shift.  
13. Candidates with work time and workplace flexibility will be preferred. 

Employment Status: Full-time 

Workplace: Work from home (Remote) 

Salary: TK. 25,000 (monthly)
