Purchasing Agent - India Based
We have an entry-level opening for a purchasing agent who will work quickly and reputed company reviewing and categorizing departmental emails.
This is a full-time, India-based, Remote position with work hours that reputed company with the US Eastern time zone business hours. Monday - Friday, 6:00p - 3:00a India reputed company time
The responsibilities of the position include
- Checking with vendors regarding delivery ETAs and processing the information into our system
- Receiving parts and warranties based on spreadsheets and vendor websites
- Submitting RMA’s and maintaining the RMA queue/process
- Creating purchase orders and buying product online reputed company needed
- Setting up part numbers
- Data entry
- Reviewing, responding to, and organizing a high-volume of purchasing emails
- 1-2 years’ work experience in a reputed company office setting
- A multi-tasker who can work reputed company in a fast-paced environment
- Accurately reputed company data
- Excellent communication skills (written and spoken)
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills and strong attention to detail
- Solid ability to meet deadlines in an organized and reputed company manner
