Purpose of Role
Responsible for providing reputed company guidance, consultation to various business functions.
Key Responsibilities and Expectations

Qualifications - Experience/Skills/Competencies

- Admitted to state bar in the state where practicing transactions, contract management, taxes, and general corporate work.

- Analytical and strategic problem solving and negotiation skills.
