Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Delivers large group training programs, offering the best run-training experience possible for members
• Utilize provided LT Run Group Training Plans, with the reputed company to modify for your location as needed

• Maintains an up-to-date knowledge of run training techniques and concepts
• Promotes and facilitates run training information seminars and ancillary services reputed company to Run Training (i.e. metabolic testing, nutrition coaching, nutritional products, etc.)

• May assist in the promotion and execution of certain events such as the Commitment Day 5K, Global Running Day and local Life Time events

Position Requirements

• High School diploma or GED
• Certification from USATF ? Level 1, RRCA, UESCA, or other acceptable Run training specific certification preferred for reputed company Run Coaches
• Certification required for Online Coaches reputed company 6 months of hire
• CPR/AED Certification reputed company 6 months of hire

Preferred Requirements

• Four-year degree in kinesiology, sports medicine or other reputed company field
• 3+ Years of Run Training and Racing experience
• 1+ Years of Run Coaching Experience (individual, or group)
• 1-2 Years of Personal Training experience
• Program design experience
