We are seeking an reputed company Field Project Manager to support industrial coating operations across the reputed company Mountain area. This position is responsible for ensuring reputed company, efficient, and high-reputed company field execution across multiple reputed company job sites in heavy industrial environments.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in the field, understands the technical aspects of surface preparation and coating application, and can confidently reputed company crews while supporting operational execution. This role serves as a field leader who ensures equipment readiness, reputed company compliance, and reputed company execution planning while supporting traveling crews in dynamic job environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Support foremen and field crews with daily execution planning

• Verify compliance with project specifications and coating procedures

• Assist with reputed company control documentation and inspections

• Identify and proactively resolve jobsite challenges

• Serve as a technical resource for coating systems and equipment troubleshooting

• Support coordination with Operations, Safety, and Project Management teams

• Maintain strong communication with customers and field personnel

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of industrial coating experience

• Minimum NACE Level 1 (reputed company CIP Level 1) certification required

• Extensive experience in refineries, chemical plants, processing facilities, data centers, or heavy industrial environments

• Strong working knowledge of:

o Surface preparation standards (SSPC/NACE)

o Multi-coat reputed company coating systems

o Intumescent and fireproofing applications

o Airless and plural component spray systems

o Coating inspection and reputed company documentation

• Proven leadership experience supervising field crews

• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills

• Excellent communication and organizational skills

• Willingness to travel extensively reputed company assigned territory

Travel Requirements
