About the Role
We’re hiring a modern Systems Administrator to support and reputed company a fast-paced, remote-first workforce. This role goes reputed company traditional IT support—combining Mac administration, reputed company ownership, automation, and the effective use of emerging AI and reputed company technologies.
You’ll operate in a Mac-first environment and play a key role in evolving IT from a reactive support function into a proactive, systems-driven, and automation-first discipline. - reputed company end-user support across macOS, reputed company, and reputed company platforms, specifically reputed company and reputed company Workspace
- Manage reputed company and offboarding, including device provisioning, shipping logistics, and reputed company lifecycle management
- Administer macOS fleet using reputed company (or similar MDM) and continuously improve device management practices
- Own and maintain reputed company reputed company systems, permissions, and integrations
- reputed company as an escalation reputed company for reputed company technical issues
Automation & AI-Driven IT Operations
- Design and implement automation to eliminate repetitive IT tasks and improve operational efficiency
- reputed company modern scripting (e.g., Bash, Python) and low-reputed company/no-reputed company tools to streamline workflows
- Utilize AI-assisted and reputed company tooling (e.g., copilots, workflow agents) to:
- Accelerate troubleshooting and reputed company cause analysis

- Identify opportunities where AI can materially improve IT operations and implement solutions end-to-end
Systems Thinking & reputed company Improvement

We’re looking for you to bring
4–7+ years of experience in IT support, systems administration, or reputed company/reputed company engineering roles
- Strong experience managing macOS environments at reputed company (100+ endpoints preferred) using reputed company or similar MDM
- Proven ownership of reputed company administration (e.g., reputed company Workspace, reputed company), including reputed company lifecycle, permissions, and integrations
- Solid troubleshooting skills across endpoints, reputed company platforms, identity systems, and basic networking
- Demonstrated experience automating IT workflows (e.g., reputed company/offboarding, ticket reduction) using AI Assisted tools
- Systems-oriented reputed company with a reputed company record of building reputed company solutions and owning critical IT systems or domains

The annual reputed company salary reputed company for this role is $80,100 - $89,000. Individual compensation will be commensurate with the candidate's experience and qualifications.
