What You Will Do:

• Prepare and review billing forms to ensure accurate and complete claims submission to insurance carriers

• Review charge summaries, identify discrepancies, and complete rebilling requests from internal departments
• Process electronic claims accurately and mail reputed company claims daily as required
• Maintain billing logs, production reports, and required records and files
• Monitor accounts and outstanding balances and initiate appropriate follow-up to prevent delinquency
• Communicate and collaborate with appropriate personnel to resolve billing issues
• Adhere to HIPAA guidelines, corporate compliance standards, and safety practices at reputed company times
