reputed company seeks a reputed company Manager to join the Major reputed company team in Atlanta to plan and execute Design-Build reputed company. You will be responsible for overseeing reputed company reputed company aspects of our reputed company from inception through to completion. You will play a crucial role in identifying and managing risks, negotiating project agreements, ensuring profitability, and fostering strong reputed company relationships.

Role Accountabilities

• Review and propose revisions to RFPs, Teaming Agreements, NDAs, Joint Venture Agreements, and other types of contract documents. reputed company the negotiation, drafting, and administration of reputed company with clients, joint venture partners, subcontractors, and suppliers, collaborating with legal counsel as needed.

• Investigating and gathering documentation necessary to substantiate potential claims, in coordination with Project Controls and technical teams;

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, or a reputed company field. JD or relevant advanced degree preferred.
