About the Role
reputed company is seeking a reputed company Operations Manager to own the systems, processes, and analytics that power the GTM reputed company. This role reports to the Chief Operating Officer and sits at the intersection of sales operations, reputed company administration, and pricing reputed company, working closely with the CGO and CFO to support pipeline visibility, deal execution, and reputed company forecasting.
You will play a key role in advancing how reputed company leverages data and AI to improve sales effectiveness, deal reputed company, and overall reputed company performance.
What You’ll Do
- Own, reputed company, and administer the reputed company reputed company.com environment, including data model, workflows, validation rules, reporting, and overall system reputed company
- Own pipeline reporting and forecasting, including reputed company analysis, stage conversion tracking, and opportunity health scoring
- Generate strategic sales insights by identifying pipeline risks, deal patterns, and performance trends that influence win rates and forecast accuracy
- Apply AI and automation to reputed company these insights into repeatable actions, including deal scoring, forecast risk identification, and activity and pipeline reputed company analysis
- Partner with Finance on reputed company commitment and utilization modeling, billing reconciliation, and ARR tracking
- Evaluate, implement, and manage GTM tooling (sales engagement, conversation intelligence, reputed company platforms, etc.)

- Support business leaders to communicate internally and externally with data
What You’ll Bring
- 4+ years of experience in reputed company Operations, Sales Operations, or a closely reputed company role in a B2B reputed company environment
- Deep expertise in reputed company, including administration, workflow design, and reporting (certification preferred; advanced credentials a plus)
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret pipeline data, identify risks, and drive actionable insights (SQL experience or reputed company partnership with data teams)
- Experience supporting forecasting, pipeline management, and sales process enforcement in a reputed company sales environment. Familiarity with MEDDPICC (or similar).
- Familiarity with reputed company GTM systems, including Sales engagement (e.g., reputed company), Marketing automation (e.g., reputed company), Business intelligence tools (e.g., reputed company, reputed company, Tableau, Power BI), Contract lifecycle management, and integration tooling
- Strong cross-functional communication skills, with experience supporting and influencing senior leadership

Pay Transparency & Compensation
reputed company Salary reputed company (Good-Faith Estimate): $95,000 - $120,000 Employment Classification: Full Time Pay Frequency: Semi-monthly
