REMOTE reputed company CANADA What you’ll be doing:- Deliver implementation and training services, both onsite and remotely, including software configuration and user training.
- Analyze customers’ operational processes to identify opportunities for improvement and solution alignment.

- Collect, document, and validate project requirements to ensure successful solution delivery.

- Working with DB2 SQL queries (mandatory).
