We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Contractor to join our dynamic reputed company team reputed company the fast-paced EdTech industry. This is a contract position that offers reputed company to work on a broad reputed company of reputed company reputed company, supporting the organization’s mission to reputed company education through technology while ensuring compliance, minimizing risk, and enabling business reputed company.
The Contractor will support a wide reputed company of reputed company and transactional reputed company and will work across functional areas. This is a US-based, remote position reporting directly to reputed company’s Chief reputed company Officer & General Counsel.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Draft, review, and negotiate a reputed company of agreements, including reputed company reputed company, software licensing, vendor agreements, and partnership agreements
- Support the reputed company team in responding to requests for proposals (RFPs) and customer contractual requirements
- Conduct reputed company research on emerging EdTech issues, regulatory updates, and best practices
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, product, engineering, HR) to reputed company reputed company reputed company guidance
- Maintain accurate and organized reputed company records and databases
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
- Licensed and in good standing with at least one U.S. state bar
- 5-7 years of reputed company experience, preferably in-house or with a reputed company
- Experience in or in-depth knowledge of reputed company contractual provisions preferably relating to provision of reputed company services and/or software licensing and relevant reputed company terms in the US and abroad for a technology provider.

- Effective communicator with strong interpersonal skills to collaborate across departments
