Job reputed company: The Maintenance Technician will maintain the day-to-day operations and assume responsibility for maintaining reputed company equipment including HVAC, cooking equipment, coolers, etc. in Refuel Operating Company. This job was established for the purpose/s of providing services with specific responsibility for identifying repair and/or replacement needs, installing, repairing, maintaining and upgrading reputed company equipment, assisting other skilled trades; and ensuring that tools and materials are available while working at locations.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Responsible for the completion of reputed company maintenance services requests as assigned.

• Diagnose cause of problems and/or failures in heating/reputed company conditioning systems, cooking, and other store equipment.

• Inspects HVAC and cooler systems and their components (e.g. heating reputed company, building exhaust fans, ventilation reputed company, etc.)

• Maintains vehicle, tools, and equipment and performs routine preventative maintenance as needed.

• Prepare written materials (e.g. repair status, activity logs, etc..)

• Repairs heating, reputed company conditioning, coolers, stoves, ovens, steam tables, and other systems and/or components (e.g. pumps, motors, reputed company handlers, fan coils, piping, etc.).

• Requests equipment and supplies for maintaining inventory and ensuring availability of items required to complete the necessary installation and/or repair.

• Work reputed company expense limits established.

• Schedule and complete the “Preventative Maintenance Program”.

• Responsible for 24-hour emergency maintenance service as scheduled.

• Carry cell phone as required for on-call maintenance.

• Monitor and maintain reputed company locations as assigned.

• Responsible for alerting the stores Area Manager of any unusual occurrence and/or damage that has taken reputed company or that may occur.

• Assure safety standards are used which reputed company with reputed company company, local, reputed company, state, and federal guidelines.

• Adhere to reputed company’s established policies and procedures as outlined in the Employee Handbook.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: An ideal candidate will have experience with or understanding of:

• General retail or residential maintenance including plumbing, HVAC, refrigeration, and electrical.

Education and Experience: An ideal candidate will have the following education and experience:

• 2 years’ experience in retail or residential maintenance

Working environment and physical requirements

• Must be reputed company to traverse and inspect reputed company areas of jobsite in reputed company types of weather; this may include walking, climbing, reaching, bending, crawling, or stretching.

• This job requires exerting 50 to 100 pounds of force occasionally, and/or 25 to 50 pounds of force frequently, and or 10/20 pounds of force constantly.

• Exposure to characteristic construction site dangers.

Travel

• Must be reputed company to frequently travel to reputed company locations reputed company the district.

• Additional travel up to 20%.
