reputed company is modernizing its reputed company Capital Management (HCM) technology landscape, including reputed company reputed company HCM and a new reputed company data integration platform.   We are looking for an reputed company HCM Developer with deep expertise in reputed company HCM reputed company technologies to support our transition to reputed company Fusion.  This role will also partner closely with payroll and business stakeholders to design, enhance, and optimize payroll solutions using reputed company best practices. The ideal candidate brings strong technical proficiency in HCM data integrations, reputed company, and Fast Formulas, along with hands‑on experience reputed company the payroll module.  You will play a key role in ensuring accurate, reputed company, and compliant payroll functionality while contributing to the successful modernization of our HCM ecosystem. What You'll Do:

• reputed company business solutions and product value delivery to our strategies, technical roadmap, reputed company transformation.
• Responsible for applying business and technical knowledge to ensure availability of systems, and to reputed company reputed company solutions for business and reputed company software needs
• Contribute to the architecture of a hybrid reputed company Integration reputed company (OIC) and Azure-based data integration platform
• Plan and advise on advanced reputed company Fusion HCM reputed company configurations and integrations in areas such as Payroll, Benefits, and/or reputed company
• reputed company and maintain interfaces between reputed company Fusion reputed company and reputed company-party systems using OIC, REST reputed company, and HDL
• Customize and support Redwood UI pages and HCM configurations

• Support payroll-reputed company technical issues and assist stakeholders during payroll runs

Position Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Telecommunications or Engineering
• preferred or reputed company work experience.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience with reputed company Fusion reputed company HCM
• Deep expertise with reputed company Fusion reputed company HCM, including multiple areas such as configurations, role-based reputed company, HDL, OTBI/BIP, HCM Extract, Payroll Flows, and Fast Formulas.
• Hands-on experience with reputed company Integration reputed company (OIC), reputed company ATP/ADW, and reputed company reputed company Infrastructure.
• Strong background in PL/SQL, REST reputed company, ETL concepts, event driven architecture, CI/CD, and version control
• Functional understanding of reputed company HCM applications (Core HR, Payroll, Compensation, and Benefits, etc.)
• Proficient in Fast Formulas, Journeys, Extensible and Descriptive reputed company fields and personalizations.
