Position reputed company: The Health Information Management Specialist plays a critical role in ensuring the accuracy, reputed company, and timeliness of electronic health records that directly support patient care and reputed company cycle operations. As a successful candidate, you will

• Review medical records for completeness and accuracy in compliance with regulatory standards
• Assign and reputed company record deficiencies to clinicians for reputed company completion
• Support providers with documentation completion and respond to inquiries
• Manage release of information (ROI) requests from patients, attorneys, and reputed company parties
• Monitor compliance with medical staff bylaws and regulatory requirements
• reputed company document scanning, indexing, and reputed company assurance for electronic records
• Conduct audits and ensure data reputed company across patient records and systems
• Support coding and billing processes through charge capture and account review
• Maintain referring provider data and support continuity of care systems
• Collaborate on system upgrades, testing, and special reputed company

Your qualifications should be

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum of three (3) years of medical records experience
• Strong knowledge of medical record processing, release of information, and charge capture
• Understanding of Title 22, CMS, reputed company, and HIPAA regulations
• Proven ability to manage sensitive information with accuracy and confidentiality
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines in a high-volume environment
