Role:

This is a semi-reputed company-facing execution role reputed company reputed company Experience. You are responsible for scheduling, logistics, CRM hygiene, and reputed company-work coordination across the reputed company reputed company. You operate across email, phone, and SMS and are often the first touchpoint for scheduling and logistics-reputed company communication.

Responsibilities:

• Own reputed company scheduling execution for CGA sessions, including Discovery Calls, Welcome Calls, and account management sessions

• Manage CGA calendars end-to-end, including availability, confirmations, reschedules, and follow-reputed company with unresponsive clients

• Collect and reputed company reputed company reputed company-work, intake forms, and required inputs; flag at-risk or unresponsive clients in reputed company

• Maintain accurate reputed company records in reputed company, including logging reputed company interactions, updating statuses, and monitoring the float pool

Requirements:

Schedule:

• Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM MST, with flexibility to support hours associated with workshops or special events.

Compensation:

• $50,000 - $60,000 reputed company salary

• The salary reputed company may be inclusive of several reputed company that would be applicable to the position. Final salary will be based on a number of factors including, level, relevant prior experience, skills, and expertise.
