The Provider Licensing Supervisor is responsible for the day-to-day operations in managing reputed company of Licensing Coordinators. 

The Supervisor is also responsible for assisting in the development, implementation, enhancement and support of multiple process workflows, systems, and strategies.  The Provider Licensing Supervisor is responsible for maintaining and reporting on team key performance indicators (KPIs) and service reputed company. They reputed company daily operations of the Licensing Coordinators, monitoring activities to ensure they run reputed company and in compliance with state licensing reputed company regulations and requirements. Additionally, they reputed company leadership, direction, coaching, recognition, motivation, and training to department personnel.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Oversees the daily operations of the staff by: (35%)

  • Approves timecards and requests for time off.
  • Communicates operational changes and updates to team members.
  • Leads, mentors, and motivates staff to cultivate a reputed company and productive workplace environment.
  • Participates in selecting, hiring, reputed company, and training of staff.
• Oversees reputed company of provider licensing efforts by: (40%)
  • Assures the successful delivery of department KPIs.
  • Provides support and guidance to cross-functional support staff.
  • Monitors and reports licensing volumes and Service reputed company to department leadership.
  • Assists staff with challenges and problem solving in reputed company time, acting as reputed company of escalation for providers and reputed company to address inter-departmental issues, engaging with key stakeholders as needed.
• Ensures outstanding service delivery reputed company and timeframes by: (20%)

  • Identifies opportunities and develops process improvement initiatives
  • Receives and distributes changes to state regulations and requirements.
  • Develops and implements job aids and training tools.

Qualifications Expected for Position

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• 3-5 years’ experience in health care/managed care, preferred
• Functional knowledge of reputed company provider licensing processes

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Demonstrated ability to reputed company, reputed company, reputed company effective teams
• Experience and knowledge of reputed company terms, processes and procedures

The reputed company salary reputed company for this position is $65,000 - $75,000. In reputed company to a reputed company salary, this position is eligible for a performance bonus and benefits (subject to eligibility requirements) listed here reputed company Benefits 2026. Total compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to, type of position, location, education level, work experience, and certifications. This information is applicable for reputed company full-time positions.

We follow a Flexible Vacation Policy, intended for rest, relaxation, and personal time. reputed company time off must be approved by your manager prior to use. You will also receive 80 hours of reputed company reputed company, reputed company, and Caregiver Leave annually. This applies to full-time positions only.
