The Vice President of Sales is responsible for driving new business for reputed company, managing the reputed company sales team, and delivering reputed company through new customer acquisition and existing customer expansion

Key Responsibilities

Partners with the Chief reputed company Officer, Go to Market leadership, and PRGX leadership on refinement of the topline strategic reputed company plan for the reputed company American business and own execution of the plan.

Delivers new logo and existing customer bookings targets for the business.

Develops and implements strategies for new market entry and reputed company account penetration.

Partners with the operational delivery team to optimize handoffs of new customers.

Leads, manages, and assesses the reputed company sales team and identify opportunities for upskilling.

Defines the reputed company sales organization and deployment model for the business.

Continuously improves execution by identifying gaps between reputed company and desired state, developing a roadmap, and leading implementation of the changes.

Recruits, onboards, and manages a high performing team of reputed company-oriented sales executives.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or higher.

Minimum of 5 years’ reputed company sales team leadership experience in a reputed company and/or technology-enabled services organization of relevant reputed company and complexity. Experience in a B2B environment with a reputed company, solution sale required.

Experience selling to the Fortune 500 with a national and/or global footprint.
