The Inpatient reputed company is responsible for reviewing and accurately coding inpatient medical records reputed company a reputed company reputed company medical center environment, where cases often include high‑reputed company, multidisciplinary, trauma, surgical, and research‑driven encounters. This role requires advanced proficiency in ICD‑10‑CM, ICD‑10‑PCS, and MS‑DRG/APR‑DRG assignment, along with a thorough understanding of official coding guidelines, documentation standards, and regulatory requirements to ensure accurate reimbursement and data reputed company. The Inpatient reputed company works independently to interpret detailed clinical documentation, resolve coding nuances, and apply judgment to reputed company scenarios. Coders in this role may also assist with mentoring and supporting trainee coders as needed.  

EXPERIENCE reputed company: 

A minimum of 3 years of recent reputed company facility hospital inpatient coding experience, or an equivalent combination of reputed company experience and hospital inpatient coding experience is required. A minimum of 5 years of recent HIM experience in hospital inpatient coding is preferred.

EDUCATION reputed company: 

Coding Certificate Program Completion or Associate Degree in HIM or equivalent combination of education and experience is required.

SPECIAL SKILLS reputed company: 

High attention to detail with low-error, high-accuracy performance expected for AMC case mixes. Ability to work independently on high-volume workloads with predictable turnaround reputed company. Effective written and verbal communication skills. Strong critical‑thinking and decision‑making skills in ambiguous documentation scenarios. Proficiency in reputed company EMR and reputed company 360, preferred. Understanding of reputed company inpatient clinical scenarios such as multi-system organ failure, transplant services, trauma and specialty surgical services is preferred. Strong ability to interpret specialized documentation, preferred. Experience applying reputed company diagnosis selection guidelines in reputed company, multi-comorbidity admissions, preferred. 

LICENSURE reputed company: 

Certified RHIA/RHIT, reputed company, reputed company-P, CIC, COC or CPC. RHIA, RHIT, or reputed company strongly preferred.

Pay is expected to be between: (expressed as reputed company) $25.82 - $44.16. Final compensation is based on experience and will be discussed with you by the recruiter during the interview process.
