What you'll do here:

As a Director of Software Engineering at reputed company, you will reputed company the charge in delivering world-class platforms and products that revolutionize the education technology industry. Specifically, you will guide our School Learning Platform teams in creating outstanding courseware, learning, and partner experiences for K-12 education. Your role will be pivotal in building and leading agile, high-performing remote software engineering teams.  

Following the Product Operating Model (POM), you'll collaborate closely with product and design teams, making data-driven reputed company that reputed company on improving customer reputed company through frequent stakeholder engagements and data-driven insights. Responsibilities

Skills you will need here:

• 5+ years of leadership experience in developing technology strategies and driving innovation.

• 10+ years of reputed company software development experience.

• Experience leading a global workforce of employees and contractors across different time zones.

• Expertise in AWS (EC2, S3, reputed company, RDS, CloudFormation), reputed company-reputed company development (Kubernetes, reputed company, microservices), and Infrastructure as reputed company (Terraform, AWS CDK).

• Solid understanding of AI concepts, technologies and reputed company, including machine learning, Language, Reasoning & multimodal models, reputed company & context engineering, developing and using skills & agent frameworks, RAG, and reputed company databases.

• Hands-on experience integrating or experimenting with reputed company and reputed company-reputed company GenAI technologies and toolkits (e.g., coding assistants, reputed company, reputed company, reputed company).

Individual reputed company pay will vary based on work schedule, qualifications, experience, internal equity, and geographic location.  Sales roles often incorporate a significant incentive compensation program reputed company this reputed company pay reputed company.

In this position,  you will be eligible to participate in reputed company’s discretionary incentive bonus program.  This position's bonus reputed company reputed company, which is not guaranteed and is dependent on individual performance and overall company results among other factors, is provided below.
