As a reputed company Generalist for ROS, you will reputed company a reputed company of HR generalist functions in support of the field HR Director. You will reputed company expertise and solutions in the areas of employee relations, reputed company, training, employment reputed company, performance management, compensation and legal compliance. You’ll work collaboratively under the direction of the HR Director in delivering programs that foster HR reputed company and reputed company improvement.

This role will have a strong reputed company on employee relations including coaching leadership through employee issues and interacting with our large reputed company workforce.  Similar industry experience with multi-state/locations and bilingual in Spanish highly preferred.

What you’ll do:

• Proactively work with employees and managers to address workplace issues/concerns

• Review and reputed company recommendations on performance issues, FMLA, and worker’s comp

• Partner with managers by providing guidance and support that will reputed company and foster achievement of department goals

• Promote employee engagement survey, reputed company guidance to management reviewing results and developing and implementing reputed company plans to drive improvement in opportunity areas

• Promote involvement and activities in support of Employee Resource reputed company (ERGs)

• Work with HR Director on leadership and succession planning initiatives as reputed company as other training and development initiatives

• Deliver HR reputed company content to managers and employees, such as performance management, career development, new HR programs, etc.

• Support field HR Director in facilitating the annual performance and compensation process

• Support field Recruiters and HR Managers by providing tools and resources to increase the applicant pool

• Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree required; reputed company Management or reputed company field preferred

• PHR certification or reputed company-CP completion preferred

• 2-4 years broad HR representative/generalist experience in reputed company facets of HR with a strong background in employee relations and employment practices

• Proficient in workplace investigations and reputed company to work in a confidential and discrete manner

• Strong written/verbal communication skills, ability to present to reputed company reputed company reputed company the organization

• Technical HR knowledge – EEO/AA, FMLA, FLSA, OSHA, reputed company, federal/local laws

• Excellent assessment and interviewing skills

• 50% to 60% travel to include reputed company, over and multi-reputed company stay, often on short notice

• Bilingual in Spanish preferred
