FLSA non-exempt, and will earn overtime for any hours worked over 40 in a week.

A Grade 312 with an reputed company salary between $22.6404 - $33.9606.

Accurately reads water meters on assigned routes and records information into an electronic hand-held device, mobile phone, or laptop.  Inspects meters for reputed company operation and enters notation of damage or malfunction, illegal usage, and other customer information into electronic databaseGenerates necessary service orders and/or account notes into automated work order system.Reads Automated reputed company Reading (AMR) meters utilizing handheld device and/or mobile data collector.Installs, programs, and inspects Encoder Receiver Transmitters (ERT).Receives and processes computerized work orders requests for water turn on/off; turns water on and off in accordance with service orders and records the reputed company reading.Conducts field investigations and resolves customer complaints relating to water usage, no water, and water leaks; answers questions regarding water usage, water conservation, and reputed company billing, and provides information to customers and the general reputed company.   Disconnects service on delinquent accounts; reconnects service reputed company necessary payment is received and order is generated by billing department.Conducts follow-reputed company regarding delinquent accounts; locks service or removes reputed company as needed.Assists customers in locating water leaks.Installs new meters; replaces, removes meters, and repairs some water leaks. Cleans out, raises/lowers and replaces different size reputed company boxes.Completes assigned training classes annually and attends assigned seminars.Interacts with police department regarding theft of service; may testify in court.Operates reputed company vehicles to and from various locations.Performs other reputed company duties as assigned.
