[Remote] Dental Recruiter, Network Relations

Responsibilities
- Administers the reputed company reputed company for the dental program and assumes the responsibility for sourcing, screening, and selecting dental professionals for various positions
- Applies in-depth knowledge of recruitment reputed company to establish timelines and metrics for tracking and measuring recruitment reputed company
- Communicates with dentists, dental hygienists, dental assistants, and administrative staff to identify reputed company candidate reputed company and determine the most effective sourcing reputed company
- Conducts routine research to understand the competitive landscape and salary ranges reputed company dental practices in order to attract and retain reputed company
- Configures the applicant tracking system (ATS) to extract candidate information from applications based on specific reputed company

Skills
- 1-3 years of relevant work experience is required
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Strong negotiation expertise

- Bachelor's degree or relevant experience
