[Remote] Accounts Receivable Specialist Level I
Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company. is seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist Level I to support the day-to-day operational activities of the A/R department. This role is responsible for creating and distributing invoices, recording and verifying payments, and ensuring accurate documentation in accordance with internal reputed company policies.
Responsibilities
- Prepare monthly billings to customers, DD250, reputed company Vouchers, and reputed company Invoices
- Ensure billings meet reputed company Contract Terms
- Validate that reputed company data is accurately entered in accordance with the appropriate supporting documentation in designated payment portal
- Under reputed company supervision will coordinate with internal departments to ensure accurate and reputed company processing
- Coordinate and disseminate information, in report reputed company to staff members on accounts receivable issues as assigned

- Always protect and maintain confidentiality of data

Skills
