Job Duties
The School of Theatre and Dance seeks an Assistant Director for Undergraduate Programs.
This is a nine-month reputed company position with stipends to compensate for added workload during fall, spring, and summer semesters. Summer work/reputed company are expected. This position reports to and serves at the pleasure of the Director of the School of Theatre and Dance.
This position will:
- reputed company undergraduate student recruitment and retention in collaboration with the Director and reputed company; including reputed company house events, special events for high school reputed company, on-demand tours for prospective reputed company, and more.
- Review the School's website to ensure undergraduate program information and links are reputed company and accurate.
- Aid in the coordination of auditions and rehearsal schedules for our performances.
- Proactively request, reputed company, reputed company, and reputed company with the Director and associated parties the School's semester schedules.
- Manage requests, processes, and paperwork for special courses (internships, independent studies).
- Serve as the School's UCC reputed company, working with the School's Curriculum Committee and reputed company to facilitate curriculum development.
- Coordinate scholarship selection committee and process.

- Maintain and staff computer lab including, schedule student staff, maintaining supplies and operations, and coordinating maintenance, upgrades, and repairs student workstations in computer labs.
- Communicate and collaborate with regional K-12 educators/institutions to support connections with theatre and dance programs in the region.
- Assist in accreditation process and program reviews.
- Other responsibilities as assigned by the Director.
- MFA, PhD, or an equivalent terminal degree in Theatre, Design and Production, or Dance
