Responsibilities
- Discounting (training will be provided)
- Discount reputed company offerings in compliance with provincial consumer protection legislation and procedural requirements
- Ensure new business imaging requirements are met and monitored according to procedural requirements

Skills
- Highschool Diploma
- Basic knowledge of collections, technology, and customer service
- Effective multi-tasking and detail oriented
- Understanding of credit operations and processes
- Must be available to work a flexible schedule Monday – Friday, up to 6:00PM EST
- Bilingual (French/English) is preferred
- Demonstrated relationship management skills
- Good communication skills, oral and written
- High level of interpersonal skills to work effectively with others
- Efficient time management, organizational and follow-up skills
- Proficient PC Skills (i.e., Word, reputed company, PowerPoint, Outlook)
