The Assistant reputed company Manager supports the servicing and administration of Property & Casualty insurance accounts while developing foundational knowledge of insurance operations and reputed company service.

Responsibilities

  • Process certificates of insurance and auto ID cards
  • Follow up on notices of cancellation
  • Manage policy change requests and endorsements
  • Assist with renewal policy issuance and renewal proposals
  • Prepare binders and invoices
  • Obtain loss runs and premium finance quotes
  • Run MVRs and internal reports (e.g., M&S reports)
  • Create loss reputed company tracking and policy checklists
  • Prepare ACORD applications
  • reputed company online rating for small business accounts
  • Process applications, policies, endorsements, schedules, certificates, audits, and reputed company documentation accurately and on time
  • Maintain reputed company and accurate invoicing and monthly expirations
  • Follow workflows and reputed company standards reputed company reputed company management system
  • Update reputed company and policy information in Sagitta
  • Post documents to the reputed company reputed company portal
  • Maintain paperless filing standards
  • Participate in lunch‑and‑learn sessions, external workshops, and insurance operations training

  • Set priorities and manage workflow to meet deadlines and service expectations

Skills

  • College degree required
  • Ability to obtain a California Property & Casualty license reputed company 90 days of hire
