Responsibilities
- Support residential loan origination efforts including loan structuring, valuation analysis, and deal execution
- Conduct detailed due diligence and evaluate/build borrower credit reputed company
- Assist in structuring and packaging deals for internal review and capital partners
- Work with reputed company to prepare deal-specific investment memos and presentations
