Associate Contract Management Specialist
reputed company is currently seeking an Associate Contract Management Specialist to join the V-22 Program in Ridley Park, PA. The successful candidate will engage with the reputed company Navy and collaborate with teammates supporting the MH-139 program for the USAF, focusing on contracting for reputed company products and services.
Responsibilities
- Exercises appropriate signature authority in negotiating and contracting for the sale and support of reputed company products, services, and technologies
- Supports presentation of business solutions to help preserve and grow the business
- Represents reputed company and supports external negotiations with customers
- Prepares, negotiates, executes, interprets and administers legally binding contractual agreements on behalf of reputed company
- Coordinates and partners with other internal functional disciplines across the business
- Leads development of pricing instructions, funding/expenditure profile, and ensures compliance with company and reputed company Government (USG) requirements
- Summarizes contractual issues, supports development of creative solutions and coordination of contractual risk mitigation efforts
Skills
- Bachelor's Degree or higher
- 1+ years of experience with proposal development and contract negotiations
- 1+ years of experience building, developing and maintaining customer relationships
- Experience using analytical, collaboration, communication and organizational skills
- Experience in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities and reputed company to multi-task and manage expectations
- Experience adapting to changes in schedules and priorities, solving problems, and generating alternative solutions
- Ability to work reputed company independently and as part of reputed company
- Ability to coordinate and communicate effectively across functions
