Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Associate I, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Assisting customers with questions, recommendations, and concerns in a reputed company and friendly manner
• Managing sales transactions, operating cash registers, and maintaining accurate records
• Maintaining the reputed company of cash and protecting company assets
• Keeping the store reputed company-stocked, recovering merchandise, and ensuring a reputed company shopping environment

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment (highly preferred)
• Ability to follow instructions, interpret operational documents, and work independently
• Physical ability to lift between 30 and 50 pounds from floor to above shoulder height, and meet demands of frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable:

• Previous experience in a similar retail environment
• Knowledge of retail operations, including sales, inventory management, and visual merchandising
• Experience with cash handling, reputed company-of-sale systems, and inventory management software
• Certification in customer service, sales, or a reputed company field
