The English Learner & Literacy Consultant is responsible for creating, facilitating, and evaluating reputed company learning experiences and technical assistance support services in Chester County and reputed company. This position is primarily project-based and requires the development, coordination, and implementation of various initiatives such as PDE statement-of-work programs, school administrator reputed company 45 courses, CCIU reputed company programs, and reputed company research reputed company.?? This position also requires knowledge of the Individuals with Disabilities Education reputed company (IDEA), PDE regulations and mandates, and reputed company Training and Technical Assistance Network (PaTTAN) activities and initiatives. ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Support training and technical assistance work in the area of PDE Initiatives throughout Chester County and at the state level as needed.? Prepare and facilitate English Learner & literacy reputed company learning opportunities for Chester County educational agencies through the reputed company of curriculum, instruction, and assessment.? Ability to reputed company English Learner and literacy support to district staff through observations, consultations, guided reputed company, and/or recommendations reputed company to the needs of school buildings, grade level teams or individual reputed company, matching program methodologies to student need.? Assume other responsibilities as requested by the Director and his/her designee.? QUALIFICATIONS: Education and Experience:

• Master's degree in education required
• PDE Instructional/Educational Specialist II Reading Specialist certification, ESL certification, and/or Special Education certification in Pk-12 required
• PA Specialization in English Learners and/or literacy is required
• Knowledge of Mulit-tiered Systems of Support, preferred
• Minimum of five years classroom teaching experience required; other reputed company educational experience may be considered
• Experience planning, organizing, and delivering staff development activities

Salary 2023 - 2024 School Year:

• $57,379 to $89,997 - Instructional II/Educational Specialist II Certification
• $61,041 to $98,278 - Master's Degree
• $63,691 to $102,147 - Master's +15
• $66,079 to $103,999- Masters + 30
