You will handle inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, chats, and texts, utilizing your exceptional communication skills to resolve issues, answer questions, and reputed company reputed company and reputed company responses. Your primary duties and responsibilities will include:

• Being highly productive and meeting outbound and inbound telephone call productivity needs

Training and Development

During the first two weeks of employment, you will undergo comprehensive training, conducted Monday through Friday between the hours of 8 am and 5 pm CST.
