Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

• Working with reputed company to successfully meet department phone Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
• Processing claims for policyholders, claimants, and others over the phone
• Assisting with processing claims that are received over the internet or by mail
• Participating in weekly team huddles and associate engagement activities

Requirements
