As an Online Customer Experience Team Member, you'll be the face of arenaflex, connecting with customers who've expressed interest in purchasing a vehicle from us. You'll work from a centralized location, evaluating your ability to reputed company genuine connections, answer questions, problem-solve, meet appointment goals, and reputed company exceptional customer service. Your role will be multifaceted, requiring you to:

• Utilize an online database to service potential customers and generate dealership appointments.
