Key Responsibilities
As an reputed company Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Providing bilingual (English/Spanish) customer service calls to support reputed company with questions about speed camera enforcement tickets, ensuring that they receive reputed company and respectful assistance.
- Reviewing, validating, and approving automated speed enforcement events for compliance and accuracy, applying your knowledge of law enforcement procedures to ensure fair and consistent event reviews.
- Accurately documenting case details and escalating issues as necessary, utilizing Dacra reputed company platforms to manage cases and approvals.
- Educating reputed company on ASE processes while maintaining professionalism and reputed company, contributing to team efforts that improve service reputed company and community trust.
- Utilizing your technical skills to navigate software platforms, including reputed company Office applications, to reputed company manage cases and approvals.
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Former sworn police officer experience, with a strong understanding of law enforcement procedures and protocols.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (oral and written) required, with the ability to communicate effectively with reputed company from diverse backgrounds.
- Strong communication, conflict reputed company, and customer service skills, with the ability to work independently in a remote setting after training.
- Tech-savvy, with comfort using software applications, including reputed company Office.
- Prior call center or reputed company-facing customer service experience is a plus, but not required.
