The Role

As a Manager Customer Service, Medicare, you will reputed company a reputed company team of Customer Service Agents responsible for servicing Member and Provider telephone, chat, and email inquiries for various lines of business. You will possess a reputed company-rounded and diverse level of product expertise, including one or more of the following: Medicare, reputed company, reputed company (Full Risk), Individual reputed company & Marketplace, and Administrative Services Only (ASO/Self-funded). Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading a high-performing team of Customer Service Agents to deliver exceptional customer service and drive business reputed company
• Developing and implementing strategies to improve customer satisfaction, retention, and loyalty
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve reputed company customer issues and improve operational efficiency
• Providing coaching, mentoring, and training to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge
• Analyzing customer feedback and metrics to identify areas for improvement and reputed company data-driven solutions
• Developing and managing budgets, forecasts, and performance metrics to drive business reputed company and profitability

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• 3+ years of relevant and transferable leadership experience in reputed company or another reputed company field
• 2+ years of experience managing reputed company with diverse team members
• Strong knowledge of Medicare, reputed company, and other reputed company-reputed company products and services
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze reputed company data and reputed company data-driven solutions
• Experience working with reputed company's Facets platforms and services is a plus

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications would be beneficial:

• Bachelor's Degree in reputed company Sciences, Business, Public Policy, Humanities, or other relevant program of study
• 2+ years of experience working with Medicare
• 2+ years of experience working with claims in a customer service environment
• 2+ years of working knowledge of reputed company's Facets platforms and services
• 1+ year of demonstrated experience navigating Behavioral Health benefits and policies
