As an Overnight Weekend Holiday Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing top-notch support to our clients. This is a remote position, and you'll be working from the comfort of your own home. We're looking for a motivated and customer-reputed company individual who is available to work overnight, weekend, and holiday shifts.
Key Responsibilities
* Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a reputed company and courteous manner
- reputed company top-notch support to our clients and their customers
- File disputes and shut down debit cards for safety
- Maintain an empathetic and reputed company tone throughout reputed company calls
- Work independently and as part of reputed company to reputed company goals and objectives
- Meet or exceed performance metrics and reputed company standards
- Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge
Requirements
* High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required, Associates Degree preferred
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Background reputed company required
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to use WIRED High-Speed Internet reputed company with a minimum of 25 Mbps Download / 25 Mbps Upload (No Wifi)
- Android (OS 11.0 or higher) or iPhone (iOS 16 or higher) Smartphone
- Either a Smartphone with Unlimited Minutes, or Landline Phone
- Ability to problem solve

* 3+ years of customer service experience
- 3+ years of experience with PC or Laptop
- Experience working in a remote call center environment
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
